Healthy Meals Before Thanksgiving
Hey beauties as we all know Thanksgiving is almost here !!!! I don’t know about you but I have to watch what I eat . One way you can prevent from going over board for Thanksgiving is by tracking your calorie count and eating healthier meals prior to your major cheat day. Here are a few meals that I’ve made for myself/ found on Pinterest that I love and think you’ll love them too.
SPAGHETTI SQUASH WITH MEAT
Listen …. when I say this meal is the bomb dot come !!!! I like to use ground chicken ( you really can’t taste the difference) and when I say this meal is amazing it truly is. Down below I have the link for the step by step instructions and ingredients to create this meal right at home.

TURKEY AND SPINACH WRAPS
With this meals its very simple. You just need some spinach and turkey meat. I like to add cheese with mustard and mayo to give it more of a sandwich tradition but the less items you add to the meal the more healthier it will be.
Seafood Lasagna
This is just like any other lasagna but with seafood. When going on my “healthy kick” I try to stay away from pasta but a little pasta won’t hurt. If you do decide to try this meal I would recommend eating a lighter breakfast and having this for lunch. Having this for dinner may be a little too heavy.

Baked Eggplant Parmesan
Out of all of the meals so far this has to be my favorite. I never had eggplant before until I ate this meal and when I say you can’t taste anythingI mean it. This meal gave me lasagna vibes.
