Be Still And Listen

The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

Exodus 14:14 KJV

Now we’re all familiar with Exodus but for those who aren’t so certain here’s a brief description. In Exodus, God rescues the Israelites from slavery in Egypt and confronts the evil and injustice of Pharaoh. The first half of this book is about where God will restore his blessing among the people. God tells Moses to let Pharaoh know that he needs to release the Israelites and throughout everything that Moses had to go through God’s promise is kept.

I want to leave you with a message that sometimes the answer is right in front of you but because it’s not what you want you don’t accept it. Be still and map out your situation. Be still and just let God handle it. He’s never taken anything away from you that he didn’t replace with something better. What you’re going through is just for a season and seasons change.
